I have gardenia attachments and are easy to use and swap over with the long handles. This is for the lawn to scarify the dead moss after adding feed and weed. Does an excellent job. Well made. Really pleased with result.

I love this rake! I have been using the same product for the last 16 years and it never failed me! I am a gardener and this has been used on daily bases. It is light, not to wide to get stuck in narrow places, not to small so you work your sock off, flexible but strong!

Like most of the Gardena range it is relatively expensive compared to stand alone complete products with handles etc.The benefit is usually quality,flexibility and space saving in my shed.I have several of their system products and I am generally bought in to the system idea.In this case it is a plastic rake which is arguably less easy to store on a clip without the handle permanently attached.Not much more to say.Design is fine.Time will tell how robust it is. So far a reasonable addition to my Gardena system.

we have a medium-large size garden plot approx 150m2 - and i wanted to find a tool to manually de-thatch and remove moss. this did the job - it is hard work - but you do get the results and i found it better than a electric scarifier which can be too destructive to the grass. ideal to allow the grass to breath and clear our moss - highly recommended.

Great tool - another addition to my Gardena collection

This item is pictured as a rake with a handle in the advert, but in fact the handle is not included.It's really misleading and needs much more clarity.The handle is apparently available for purchase separately -- for over £20!

Buyer beware! The item received was just what I wanted. On the advert it says fits all combi handles which I assumed it was included., but it didn't. When I checked up a long handle was another £26, so I had to adapt an old mophandle.

After using a normal garden rake to remove some thatch from my small lawn 18 square Metres, i managed to fill two normal size carrier bags of dead grass etc thinking I had done a great job.A few youtube videos later I came to the conclusion that I need an aerator rake to get the job done properly.I decided to purchase this gardena aerator as I already had the handle for my rake and know the tools are of good quality however not cheap.Once it arrives I attached my handle and went to work (not the easiest task). To my surprise I managed to rake out a further 2 black bags of thatch and my lawn looked a proper mess.6 weeks on and my lawn looks fantastic.Definitely an excellent tool if you have a lawn and helps with its up keep..
