So very disappointed. Didn’t taste fresh, didn’t look fresh despite the 9/25 expiration date. Perhaps it was frozen and then thawed? So over over priced (my fault, yes, (thought the weight was higher than it was.) Threw out the cheese, recycled the containers.

My favorite.
This a great pasta cheese. I grew up with and was glad I could get thru Amazon. As a misplaced New Yorker, it's hard to find the things you grew up with. Glad I was able to find it on Amazon. The only thing that I didn't understand is it took a long time for shipping, but I was happy to wait for it

I love that cheese,but the shipping is a joke been waiting for that order for 3 wweks??? Is that vendor still in business????? Next time I need to find another supplier.
