Phone fast charging
I bought this to fast charge my phone whilst away. it is functioning without any problem and charging in a reasonably short period.The extra ports are handy for charging the headset and other devices.

Good power station that comes with a bad usb C cable in the box
It works very well and can charge my MacBook Pro 16”, iPhone and iPad at max speeds but the cable that comes with it is poor quality and broke within one week of usage. It does its job as a power brick exceptionally well.

Unacceptable – Item was clearly used
Picked this up on my way to the airport for travel. While the packaging looked fine, the item inside was clearly used - dusty, with visible marks. Very disappointed with the experience. It’s shocking this passed packaging and shipping checks. I’ve attached images and am happy to speak with Momax customer service directly if they value customer experience and quality.

Started off good but plug prongs stuck out
The unit was great and charged the items connected to it. But after plugging it into a Uk socket the second time the UK prongs would not retract fully, and so prevents the other prongs from being deployed. So returned the item for a refund.
