I was all hyped up for this. Then I was kind of let down. First off everything appears as advertised. Made the tea, it was ok, tastes like you're drinking woodchips, but in reality, you're drinking woodchips. I never really saw the "blue" in the tea. I drank 2 cups a day over a week and noticed nothing. Maybe i did it wrong, but I think this is more gimmicky than actually helpful.

IT WORKS AFTER TAKING IT FOR A MONTH I FELT THE BENEFITS OF IT FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS . IT TASTE HORRIBLE BUT TRUST THE PROCESS. YOU CAN DRINK IT HOT OR COLD. IT IS BEST TO TRY AND MIX IT WITH SOME LEMON JUICE OR SOME STORE BOUGHT TEA. I BOIL TWO OR THREE STICKS IN A MEDIUM POT FOR AN HOUR ,STRAIN , CHILL , MIX AND DRINK .TRUST THE PROCESS AND GIVE IT TIME TO WORK .

Tea is great hot or coldI don't like that the sticks are too big I had to cut them into 3 -4 pieces so I wouldn't waist any of it.

The product description said that it was individually wrapped. It is not. I opened the bag wanting to follow the directions of 6 cups of water to one ounce. I expected to see one ounce packages inside the bag. Nothing of the sort and there is no weight shown on the outside package. So how am I to know what to do now?
