This is a great workout mat for yoga, weights or calisthenics. Fits together very nicely and stays together while using. I'd recommend a sticky mat underneath so it doesn't shift while using it. It does have a strong odor from the manufacturer that lasts about a week but then it's fine.

Easy to install. I feel comfortable when I jump and stand on the product. It is sturdy and convenient to clean.

Bought this for my home gym in my garage. It was very easy for me to assemble and does a good job at protecting my floor. When I do floor workouts and my hands get sweaty, I did not lose my grip. Love the friction it provides. It is also cushiony and bouncy so my hands and knees do not hurt over long sessions.

These mats are great quality and durable. It’s very easy to assemble and it provides enough protection for my floor. The price is high but it’s worth it.

I love that durability and thickness of these mats. They went together nicely and were easily trimmed. We have a treadmill, weight bench and free workout space on them. If you’re going to put them on carpet, you can lay plywood underneath held together with thin, metal brackets for a steady surface. These are easy to clean and the color doesn’t show any dirt. I only complain is that they have a smell that doesn’t seem to go away. Very rubbery smell. We’ve had these in the space for about a month and a half and it still smells.

At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but after using it for a few weeks I think is it totally worth the price. As someone who uses a lot of heavy equipment at home, I was looking for something that would not put a hole through my floors (especially since my workout room is upstairs) and so far it has been holding up. Some added bonuses are that I like the texture of the mats, and they work well with a lot of moisture. As someone who sweats a lot, I don’t slip and fall.

It’s not those sold in bjs nor Costco. These mats are heavy duty ones. Value for the money.
