It is as described but not upto my expectations.
Item was as per description. However, I returned it due to following reasons:1. Actually I wanted to replace it with a proper pair but Amazon allowed only refund. So I had no other option than refund.2. Sound gain was not sufficient for me. Performance of my present machine though it is cheap is far better.3. Mode changing switch of one of the piece was not working.4. Charger supplied, infact is only a case with charging point. It is not a power bank. It only charge the machines kept in it when connected to a power source. So in case of emergency you can not charge your hearing aids if there's no power source nearby. It is a major drawback. Manufacturer should think about it. The charging case of my present machine worth only ₹2500 is a power bank.

Best customer support and invisible look
I recently purchased this hearing aid from Amazon and I am extremely satisfied with its quality . After encountering an issue,I was worried that this is a non returnable product due to ( heath and hygiene consideration ) . I contacted customer service, who provided exceptional assistance. They guided me through the process, and I only needed to courier the hearing aid to their address. Within four days, they replaced it with a new unit. I greatly appreciate their prompt and helpful service.Definitely go for this .

It looks good but hardly does its jobIt amplifies noise but in the process the words seem non understandable,it’s just loud murmur
