I just got these today and i can't wait to go for a run . I've not been feeling very safe with these dark evenings and now ...Well...this is just the job . Excellent.

These are simple straps with a metal oblong loop to pull the Velcro through to secure. They can go on arms or ankles, but there is not much spare if trying to put on upper arms, and I don’t think they would fit someone with well-developed muscles. They are charged with micro usb which is a bit antiquated now and prefer using usb c for everything meaning less cables all over the place. I also don’t like the fact the charging port is not covered during use as I will be wearing them on my ankles, and they can attract all kinds of dirt and grub. They are good and bright and have attracted a few comments from a fella that see’s me out and about regarding how bright I looked. With one charge so far they have lasted 10 hours and still bright which is good for these kind of lights. Overall, they work well enough, just a little expensive compared to others.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product. I ordered the Run Light Running Lights for Runners, USB Rechargeable LED Armbands for Runners Reflective Vest Running Gear Light Up Armbands for Night Jogging Running Walking Cycling, Christmas Stocking Fillers.I got these for running at night time. I currently only wear one of theses on one of my ankles and keep it on the consistent light, but it can be used on a flashing light. It is a very bright green and is very easy to see.At the time of reviewing this product was priced at £9.75.I would recommend this product.

These running bands are great - you can put them round your arms and it makes you so much more visible. I have also used them on schoolbags, so that my kids are more visible on darker mornings.They are easy to use, show up really well, and you have the option of them flashing or being on all the time. They’d also be great for when riding a bike.

These arm bands are great. Although even on the tightest Velcro fitting they are still very loose. Very rigid. Had to place over large sweatband on the arm as they were still loose. This is on a medium build man. Was going to purchase for daughter but would fall off being a small build. If the did small medium and large it would be better.

These are really good and cleverly designed. The built in led's are very subtle and not likely to ruin your night vision; they're diffused. They're easy to wear and easy to charge. Good quality and effective.

I like these for a few points:1. The length of the reflective strip goes all the way around my ankle so can be seen from many directions.2. There is the option for 'constant' (as described), because as my feet move it will look like flashes anyway.3. If the battery was to run out, the strip itself is reflective and a good strong reflective at that.But! The limitation for these for me is that I can't wear them on my ankles (trousered or otherwise) as they are too large. From a seamstress point of view I can see why, because the hook and loop needs to go back on itself, but it can't because the light part takes up the full ankle. This isn't a problem for me as I can simply move the hook and loop by sewing and have it exactly as I like. I guess the band can only do so much to fit say a 12" ankle and a 16" bicep? The overlap could be underneath by design, but these aren't designed that way.I like the reflection without battery, I understand the design, they are super bright and I think this is partly due to the width and length of the light i.e. a narrower light wouldn't be as effective as this, and they are easy to use and come with two charging leads to save time charging. I like them and give them 4 stars weighing up the pros and cons.

These LED arm bands are so important to wear when out and about in the dark winter evenings as some people dressed in dark coats can hardly be seen!The arm bands have a velcro, and can easily be adjusted to fit your arm.Each one comes with it's own USB charger, which is a great bonus. There are different settings, flashing, and solid lights.Would highly recommend these, they are excellent quality and an excellent product!
