Love this chili as it reminds me of living back in Texas. Perfect for fiery nachos. I will order more.

Enjoyable hot snack or meal with rice, naan etc, whatever is your personal choice. I used to buy a milder tasting brand from Amazon but felt I needed to add extra seasoning: garlic, chilli powder, s & p. Dynamite is v hot but I add butter to take the edge off. Half a can with a mini naan is a hearty snack & add rice if you're v hungry. It is very "beany" though & not much meat. Also two of the cans were pretty bashed. I have dropped a star for this. Sometimes microwave meals are necessary! I keep things like this in my stock cupboard in case I can't get out shopping owing to illness. It has proved to be a marvellous help so far this winter as I've had a lot of flu, viruses etc. I'm so thankful that I can rely on AMAZON PRIME for prompt delivery & choice of foodstuffs & other necessary items. 😁👍👍

Our local supermarket's stopped selling the Dynamite Hot variant, the next nearest (25 miles away) has now stopped as well, so I was pleased to find some available online.A tip: store the cans upside down so the contents may settle the other way. It'll make it easier to empty the can into the pan. Piercing the opposite end of the opened can with a tin opener will also help.Two pan meal: one pan of pasta, one pan of Stagg, 11 minutes. Drain pasta, add to the Stagg, stir it up and eat from the pan :)The "Sloppy Subway" is a recent household staple of ours, based on Subway's "Spicy Italian" option but with some more oomph supplied by the tin of Stagg.You will need:-1 tin Stagg Dynamite Hot Chilli1 pack of sliced large pepperoni1 pack of sliced large salami1 pack of mature or extra mature cheddar cheese1 jar of sliced jalapeno peppers1 jar of sliced pickled gherkins1 bottle of hot sauce1 pack of ciabatta rollsPut the Stagg on the pan to cook. Slice two or four ciabatta rolls.On each roll put three slices of pepperoni.Add three slices of salami.Add a layer of cheese.Add hot sauce to taste, then add four or five slices of jalapeno and four or five of gherkin; the hot sauce should help keep them in place, although this IS going to get messy!Once the Stagg is ready, add a generous spoonful to each roll, we're talking a quarter of a tin each here.Add salad as required, then pop on the top half of the ciabatta.Two ciabattas will serve one person, or bulk out with curly fries or something if you're feeding the family. Or get more ciabattas and another tin!
