This watch feels like a tank. The previous smartwatch I had broke so that the watch band would not attach to the watch body anymore. The construction of this watch is all steel. I can’t imagine this one to break. The watch functions well with allot of features. There is one feature that is currently missing - silent alarm. I reached out to the company and their customer service is excellent. They are going to fix that issue in future software updates.

This watch does everything and more than $250 - $300 smart watches. This watch is an exceptional value. You will not be disappointed in purchasing this watch. I also found their customer service outstanding when I contacted them and asked some questions about setting up my watch. You will have access to your important health info, a phone, current outside temperature, and even music all on your wrist. All this in a good looking watch with ability to change your watch face from a large number of choices.

Update: After writing my original review the company reached out to see what they could do to make things right. They offered a replacement at no cost or a full refund. I had already purchased another watch not on Amazon, so I chose the refund.I would say 5 star for standing behind their product and trying to make things right.For the specific watch I received I would still say 1 star, however I could have gotten a one off with the one I recieved.So the elephant in the room, would I buy anither one, possibly a diffrent model. I would say for you to give it a try, but be aware of possible issues. For the price point give it a tryI adjusted my 1 star review to 4 stars due to them reaching out and attempting to make things right, can't do 5 stars because I would still be cautious and the particular item I received had issues. That doesn't mean yours will.Original Review:At first was very happy with the watch look, feel and function (learning curve on settings). I was able to charge with no issues at first. Then after a couple months it started to get more difficult to get the charging cable to connect properly. Now I am not able to get the cable to connect to charge. I have even purchased replacement cables thinking maybe that was the issue. No success. So, now I have a paperweight.There were other issues that I was moving beyond, but worth mentioning. Very difficult to run a Bluetooth speaker while the watch is connected. I had to disable the controls in the settings, but it caused pretty much everything to stop working like call answer and text notifications.I know it was not a top-of-the-line watch that was hundreds of dollars, but I would have expected it to last more than 4-5 months.

I have bought my husband several watches and THIS is the one he wears everyday. It is comfortable and stays charged for about 4 days, is easy to size l, he has customized his face so it is easy to read. It keeps track of his health and steps.

Didn't meet expectations. I cant tell you how much I hate that this has a speaker in it and it seems to think it is better than the Bluetooth radio in my truck or my sound bar in the garage or my headphones on the plane. I cant get text messages to come through the watch screen for quick view. But boy do I get the 1000k emails. Then night time.. it lights up every 5 seconds I haven't found a way to make that stop. So I just take it off. I hate the app it's not user friendly from some of the other watches I have used i have had this for 14 days now does well in the shower and tracks my running steps but thats the only reason i am keeping it. Highly disappointed.

One of the coolest watch I’ve ever owned and first smart watch as well. The design of a sleek and comfortable, also can switch two different bands, and black steel one for a classic look and a rubber one for comfortable wear.

Nice watch but battery life sucks, I used it for 3 days with an IPhone and for what it is it works fine but battery life is worse than the Apple Watch. And that says a lot since Apple Watch battery already sucks. Another inconvenience is the every call regardless if you using a headset gets routed to watch and same with any media you play on your phone “at least on iPhone is like this”The heart rate monitor is far far FAR away from any kind of accuracy. “Useless”The app is super simple and not a lot to do with it besides change dials but still pretty limited on options.The watch itself is nice, it have some nice weight to it. Not like the majority of the cheap watches from Poohland.

I like this watch slot with a few exceptions. There is no way anyone is getting 7 to 10 days on one charge. I've had it for four days and each day it's ar 20% when I go to bed. It does charge fast, but a single charge only last one day. Though it has 6 or a factory faces and you can download others, you can only download one at a time and the only factory face it will replace on the phone is the best face. Two of the seven on there suck. Why can't you replace one of those?It's good for the most part but battery life sucks. Going camping would suck. You'd have to charge it in the car every night.
