Our adult daughter's periodontist suggested this to help her keep the tight spaces between her teeth clean with the invisaline she wears and removes to eat. She has a year plan. It's almost complete and her teeth have benefitted with the use this better than floss cleaning device.

I love these Gum picks. I always keep one in my purse, and they have a cover for the brush. There’s enough brush to really clean between teeth well.

This takes my dental health to the next level! Although I floss, this gets food that is stuck between teeth that flossing doesn’t reach. I’ve just started using them and it’s already made a big difference. There are a number thicknesses for a more customized fit and after rinsing them out, they can be used for up to a week.
