TaylorMade Golf Spider X Putter

Best putter I've ever used, hands-down.Whatever Taylor Made did when they decided to make this putter, they nailed it.Extremely well-balanced feel to it. I feel one with this thing. I am hoping as I use it more that I shave many strokes off my handicap.Love this putter.

The putter was fantastic, but the face chipped after 1 round. The putter was never abused, dropped, bumped, or anything, and the cover was left on the putter when it wasn’t being used. Reached out to Taylormade warranty claim and told them the face chipped, and they said that my club was not covered due to being “broken under conditions not associated with a normal golf swing”. When I asked how that was determined, they told me the face shouldn’t chip from a normal golf swing (which was my point exactly). Taylormade guarantees on their website “TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for two (2) years”, so it seems they were just trying to avoid taking ownership for a faulty product.Unfortunate to spend so much money on a poorly made product. Was a good putter for 1 round, but I would definitely recommend going with a more durable brand with better customer service.
