Garbage
I thought this would be similar to another toy I git awhile back but this is absolute garbage. Molding details, color and the one c(wrinkled) chrome sticker are far short of anything that could be considered a "prop" but as a toy it's lacking every bit of would be functionality. The bullets do not assemble as easily as other designs moving this up in range, the magazine does not feed the chamber very well, so almost every round is a jam, you have to caulk the gun every shot to cycle even if the cartridge loads properly. there is far from enough air pressure to push the bullet out of the cartridge let alone any reasonable distance down the barrel. The only successful firing was a bullet barely in the casing, way to far to load in the magazine let alone feed so it was manually put in the chamber and flew about 3ft. So many better products in this category and price range available.

Watch your fingers
My kid likes it and it was able to make me feel needed. It warmed my heart when he came running into the room screaming bloody murder when his finger was stuck and being pinched inside the gun. He stuck his finger in there when he was cocking it. There was no way he was getting out of there without help. It's nice to feel needed by the kiddos sometimes. I'd recommend this. Let them experience a lil pain. Good learning experience for them too.

Junk
This is a dollar tree quality toy. The little shells are just ‘pop out’ plastic pieces with jagged edges. The bullet pieces are cheap foam with plastic tips that tear off very easily. My six year old can barely pull back the piece to pop out the shell and it mostly jams up. It’s more frustrating than it is fun.
