It's not real HDR, but it works.
It's fine as it is, but the whole HDR Ready thing is bull crap. It's not really HDR. Another issue is, when you enable the "HDR" mode in Windows or the monitor, it turns the colors wrong. Red turns to Orange for example.

ITS MORE LIKE 200 NITS
Its up to your eyes but generally stop buying monitors that say 300 nits. After trying maybe 3 in a row that said that they are more like 200 and the 300 just refers to probably using the sRGB mode which imo still doesn't do too much.Color type and accuracy means nothing if i can barely see the image. Stick to 400 nits and up.

Too tall. Off-white color.
The white on this monitor is not the same color of white on my other monitor. It is a little less... white. More off-white. (Even when I play with the settings and max brightness, filters, etc). My biggest gripe with the montior though is that it's too tall. I have to look up to watch something.

Misleading
Photo of monitor shows 27. Not being tech savvy, I assumed it was a 27” monitor and didn’t even pay attention to the description. It is in fact a 24” monitor. Bummer when I opened this up at work to find out it’s a lot smaller than I was needing.
