Product is very good, effective and works great
I have taken total 3 scoops till now. The first day I took whole 7gm scoop, which was a mistake if you haven't taken whole supplements before. The first day was okay, but the second day morning it started detoxing the whole body. Feelings come up on the surface, you cry for no reason sometimes during detoxing. So whether you should take this supplement or not should be confirmed by your doctor according to your current health situation. I should have started with less than 4gm, and gradually increased upto 7gm since I was not habituated. But should not be taken more than recommend daily dosage of 7gm.

My doctor recommended this product nd I'm happy with the results after using it for 2.5 months. It is best for immunity nd offers antioxidant benefits too. I've never tried Supergreens drink before. This green drink is amazing and gives you the feeling of lighter.

I looked over Amazon for superfood and greens supplement as I workout and consume high protein, people who have been working out can relate to the protein indigestion issue, my multivitamin needs and protein absorbption is taken care... Feels goodI recommend it 👍

Great for digestion and reduced bloating
Having this in the morning before breakfast has worked the best for me. It reduced my excessive bloating and improved my digestion. It is a very weird taste though
