Absolutely love these shoes
I absolutely love these shoes so much. I’m on my second pair. But it’s not because they are junkie, the first pair I had I wore for over a year and they are of excellent quality and the comfort lasted all the way to the end. After a while, the shoe wore out, but that wasn’t because of the quality that was just because I wore them every single day and I still feel like it is an excellent value for the cost of these shoes. I also love the gray at the solo shoe and the material of the shoe itself is so lightweight and gives a really nice fit for my feet.

This is an excellent product, super light and super comfortable. .It just fits too loose since the material is so soft...I bought the same shoes in leather and fits perfect.

100% Defective Product!!
Dear Seller: I've purchased multiple pairs of Cole Haans from you over the last year or two. I've had no issues until the latest pair I received which were 100% DEFECTIVE. Of course I'm past my return timeline (because I put them in my closest and wear them as the old ones wear out), so I'm not able eligible to return. This doesn't change the fact that I was duped and essentially had money stolen from me for no reason. I LITERALLY pulled them out of the box for the first time, began lacing them up and BOOM the tongue pulls right out with no abnormal force. Simply put, this pair were 100% defective.I'm requesting another pair be sent to me (not even a refund) because all I want is the same pair of shoes in non-defective condition. I hope you'll do the right thing since I have been a loyal customer (and will continue to be). Should you not, this along with further action, need to be taken and made public so this doesn't happen to the next consumer who spends $100+ on a pair of shows sight unseen.Please respond at your earliest convenience - thank you.
