This is a good “dupe” or sub for the rite pencil. My daughter is using it currently in the marsh in Georgia for field work for water conservation. It has worked well and for what would cost one rite pencil we got more. Seeing as she is in the muck it seems good to have a spare :)

I liked that the eraser did not smudge the writing, and it actually erased unlike many other pencils I’ve used.The pencils will last you for about 6+ months with all the lead that is included.If you are purchasing these pencils with the intention of writing math or physics notes, don’t. 1.3 mm is too thick for any of my applications as a physics major. My hand writing becomes inconsistent due to the pencil creating lighter and darker spots as the thickness wears down.Overall, 100x better than any cheap quality lead pencil you’ll buy. Would recommend

Great product!

This seemed like a solid pencil. However, the first time I went to try out the red, it wouldn't feed. Then somehow, the regular lead wouldn't feed. So it is useless. Maybe I got a bad one.
