Organic quality
I made a tincture with this milk thistle seeds. Ground a bit so the bio availablity would be increased. This product can also be ground into a powder to capsulate for those who can't tolerate the taste of a tincture. After much research, I'm going to mix 50/50 with dandelion root for an ultimate liver healing option that has been beneficial to me.

Def. worth the Buy!
I usually buy all my organic products through Z naturals which is fantastic! But theirs is usually grounded into powder and I have to really seal it up because I'm afraid I won't get the full nutrition since air is let in everytime I use it, plus I read that it can go rancid faster although I've never had that problem. I figure the whole seed is Perfect because I just ground a little at a time, whenever I use it or my smoothies and it just takes like 30 seconds. I Love this stuff and it's way better than pills. I like my drinking and my preference isn't the fruity fufu ones either. I like Martini's, good whiskey or rum on the rocks dirty, so I need to make sure my liver is getting detoxed especially when I'm in training for athletic competitions and well I have 5 to many. I get checked yearly to make sure my body is getting all the right vitamins and not overloading on something and happy to say, so far so good and I def. can tell after a hard night of partying I can feel a difference because I drink a Tbsp with some protein before drinking hard liquor and the next morning in my protein smoothie and I have been hungover or sick like I use to be. I really like this along with Tumeric/pepper & dandelion grounded up and combined into a healthy shot before drinking.

Amazing way to help your liver!!!
I didn’t knows hat to expect really as I’d never tasted it before. I was relieved to find there isn’t much of a taste so what flavor there is happens to be pleasant. The thicknesses the seeds lends itself to adding to anything especially my homemade granola! I grind some up to put in all of my foods. I put in smoothies, granola any cereals or entrees, in breading etc. I found the seeds were actually a real value for money as I had purchased a very tiny bottle of milk thistle liquid and the seeds will last me WAY longer than that little bottle which was about the same price. I need this for my liver so it is a precious commodity to me! Glad to have found it.

GMO Seeds
I'm familiar with milk thistle seeds and the seeds the I received were freaking huge!. they almost reminded me of sunflower seeds. many would think this is a good thing. But its not. I'm also familiar with Genetically modified foods, and I can tell you this has all the characteristics of being one. most GMO altered foods grow big in size and lack taste, with big loss of nutrient profiles. This seeds are too huge to be normal, and theirs also very little taste or flavor to them which indicates their normal nutrient profile and active compounds have been loss. I personally would buy the starwest botanical milk thistle seeds as they are smaller in size, full of flavor, which indicates they are not GMO. if im wrong about this review may the manufacture contact me and explain as to why this milk thistle seeds are so damn disgusting compared to others and why they have such distinct GMO like features. ill reconsider editing or deleting this review if they can make sense out of this.
