Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Pre-Sliced Log, 16 Ounce -- 6 per case.

I wasted my money on 3 different Galbani products: string cheese sticks, FRESH mozzarella, and grated mozzarella. Not knowing or even suspecting this cheese would be tasteless, I was taken aback by all three dishes, not understanding how my cooking could be so bland. I chalked it up to losing my taste buds after covid. Then I regained my taste buds and smell. I still had some of the fresh that I put in the freezer, so I defrosted and used in a salad. It tasted like I put milk in my salad. Yes, it's made from milk and tastes like a glass of milk. Total waste of calories. Then I used the shredded on pizza and lasagna, and ruined those dishes!! I had to salt the pizza after it was baked because the cheese was TASTELESS. omg! I still have the string cheese sticks and looking for ways to use that cheese so I don't have to throw it away. I have to say, I was shocked by the low quality, tasteless Galbani products. I think they omit salt from their cheeses and there is no aging whatsoever. I can't understand why they are in business unless everyone who buys their cheeses loves the taste of bland milk. I wish they wouldn't use shelf space in the stores. And, BTW, all their cheeses taste the same, bland and flavorless, like eating solid milk. YUCK.
