I think it's pretty grand.
Wow! For the price here, you really, really can't go wrong!I'm 5'6" and 180lbs with DDD boobs and ordered a large. If you've got big gals, you're going to need to find a bra to fit nicelty here (I'm thinking to spray paint a deep cut strapless to match, myself) because the material is thin and there's no support. The armbands: I have bigger arms (11-12") and the arm bands JUST fit. If I flex or anything or move awkwardly they might pop off so I'm thinking to safety pin the velcro together. Side note: be ready to cut the tags off... they are wider than the armbands! The shorts: These are some lovely booty shorts with the flap attached to the front. They fit my 40" hips and 23" thighs without stretching the material in a bad way. You can pull them down a little and they actually are a modest length or or you can hike it up a little and go a little "sexier" with them. The biggest complaint most people have is the quality of the design on the arm guards and leg warmers. My costume came wrapped in tissue paper-store it back in this when not in use! The painted-on design came in-tact but as soon as you stretch the material, it does begin to crack. I found the cracks to be small and really irrelevant to the overall look of the costume as none of the paint actually chipped off, it just had hairline cracks through it. Hellllllloooooo you're a ninja fighting bad guys. A few cracks in your paint are to be expected. Besides, you didn't pay that much for this costume ($30 for a full 10 piece outfit?) so it really isn't a huge deal. Use these ones as a pattern to make your own if you feel the need or buy some grey paint and touch it up!The leg bits DO fall down as it's a thin, flimsy material. Spend another $3 and buy yourself some double-sided tape and BOOM. Problem fixed. The mask hooks around your ears like a surgeon's mask. It's a rectangle but the the angle of one's nose gives it some slight shape so it doesn't look too bad. It's not fun to breath through, but it's something I could get used to for a few hours. You're going to need to tease your hair or buy a bump-it to make the headpiece look like Kitana's real one. I personally glued mine onto a thin strip of plastic cut to shape to get it a little stiffer. About at your ears it changes from what you see here to a thin strip of elastic (we're talking 1/4 of an inch) with a small (1/4" x 1/4") piece of velcro to attach it. Personally, I think that velcro will not hold it all day as I have really thick hair, but a safety pin here too and everything is dandy.Note: I plan on wearing this with an underbust corset around the middle and a pair of white boots underneath because I'm too lazy to wear heels for the whole convention I'm going to.

Fits amazing!
I looove this costume! I wore it for comicon in Las Vegas and everyone knew who I was! Kept hearing Kitana, as I walked on the streets! It’s a little loose on the bottoms and tight on the top and the arms kept coming off. The shoes also kept rolling down. But I love it still!

Agree with most other reviews
I really love this costume! This looks pretty authentic in color and design. I agree with the majority of the other comments reviews, with the exception of it didn’t make my booty pop as much as I had hoped… glad it did for that one girl 🤣 I actually thought the shorts were a hair too long. However, everything had just enough stretch to fit very well. Even though I had ordered this costume with plenty of time to work on it because I had read the other reviews, I procrastinated and still didn’t get to work on it much before I had to wear it lol But, this is good enough for me to keep to use again, so I will make the necessary modifications by next year! The one quick fix I was able to make, is I have spare Velcro strips that I’ve used for other purposes around the house that I was able to cut up and use on basically every piece of this costume that needed Velcro. The lack of Velcro that it comes with is comical. It will not hold for more than two seconds, so be prepared to have to reinforce it. I would’ve liked to take more time to use fashion tape, or something, to make them adhere better to my thigh high boots. And as every single other person has said, the thigh covers just flop right over. I used a ton of fashion tape directly on my skin to try to keep them up. And it was very clear that That still would not work. Thankfully, the fans, which I had already owned and were perfect for this costume and can be found here on Amazon, came with leg holsters. I used the bottom strap of the leg holster to hold up the thigh cover, but it wasn’t ideal. While this was not the cheapest costume I’ve ever purchased, it was not terribly priced. Also, there are a few things that I think could be improved, besides the Velcro and thigh cover, such as the silver detailing could be less fragile. I did not have an issue with it rubbing off throughout the night as others had mentioned, though. I very, very carefully and gently hand washed this. Thankfully, I did not really sweat much in it so I was able to be very gentle. I did not have any issues with color transfer, but I was also very careful to make sure that I did not let the silver detailing touch anything else.Overall, it looks fantastic and as long as you’re careful with it, and give yourself enough time to adjust it to fit your body, well worth the price in my opinion!
