So if you have sensitivities to or are allergic to -- e.g. shellfish, nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, etc. you might want to check further before ingesting this product. I got this vital grow xl today and took 2 and they taste good but boy they gave me awful heartburn I ever had and threw them in the garbage, I'll have to try something else!

So after taking these for a while, I see no difference. I'm fully aware that the implied "grow" verbiage can be interpreted to mean different things, but I can say that I have not seen any difference in any aspect imaginable.They taste good though. They taste like those old fruit roll ups (grape flavored) that you used to find in the grocery store in the fruit section on those little corner baskets. For some reason, you don't see them anymore. But, if you do have that experience, then this is what these gummies taste like. They have a slight bit of body to them compared to similar gummies that are just soft all the way through. The container is clear where I prefer darkened, but that's not a big deal since I can just store this in a cabinet.Overall, these would be a pass for me, especially considering the price. If it were half that, I may consider it as a vitamin supplement though.

It is difficult to say if I have seen any noticeable difference taking these. The texture is good. They even taste surprisingly well; however, there is quite a bit of sugar in these. I just cannot justify if I have seen any changes in me personally taking these like most vitamins but it is always worth trying to help better yourself.
