This may be my nicest piece of luggage that I've ever purchased. Great quality and fantastic appearance! The luggage is sturdy, has plenty of pockets for storage and most importantly easily protects my nice suits. The only thing that is problematic is that the unit is too wide to roll down airplane aisles, but the luggage is light enough to make this really a nonissue. Love it!

On my first trip using it, the zipper barely worked and I couldn’t get one of the zippers around to the other side. The pullout arm would not fully pullout either. I had another model for about 3 years with no real issues but the wheels cracked so I bought this one.I missed the return by a few days and finding out how to get it repaired is too much of a hassle so they lost me as a customer.

Great piece of travel luggage...very roomy and looks great too. Would give it 5 stars but...the zippers are “tight to move” around the corners.The matching duffel bag is a great add on piece also.

Overall, very satisfied. Especially when considering the price. The handle could be a little longer when fully extended... or they could put 4 wheels on it instead of the 2 it comes with. Some people don't like the zippers. I think they're very sturdy and over time will loosen up a little, but they don't need too.I'm 5'10 and 175 pounds. I can fit 2 suites, 2 shirts, 1 pair of dress shoes, 1 casual outfit, 2 gym outfits, and toiletries without issue.Love the bag.

Sturdy, durable, not too heavy, soil resistant, stylish, accommodating, handle strong and functional, rolls easily. good price. Nothing to complain about.

My husband really wanted this for his business trips. At first he really like it as it seemed to be nice quality and was able to get it to pass as a carry-on. One complaint he had initially was the fact that it only has a two-wheel design, so as he dragged it behind him at the airport, it would hit against his heels. He had to constantly make sure it wasn’t in his tread line — which was annoying when he was in a hurry.Then, within just a few weeks of purchasing, the zipper broke. He has never over-packed this piece so I am not sure why it broke.. but now we are unable to use it.I do not recommend this product.

purchased a rolling bag so that we would not need to carry a garmet bag thru the airport but still wanted a 'carry on" size. The bag did fit as a carry on and the wheels did solve the issue of carrying a garment bag thru the airport. But the problem is that the wheels are not spinner wheels so could not roll the bag down the airplane aisle... we had to carry the loaded heavy bag down the aisle. We only used once but bag does appear durable and sturdy but $0 value for my money if I have to carry down the aisle of the plane.

Overall the bag is great: quality construction, nice leather accents, sturdy telescopic handle - just aesthetically pleasing and very well made.However, there is room for improvement and some missed opportunities to make it even better than it is:1. The inside flap should have two mesh pockets, not just one! It is inexplicable to me why Travelpro decided not to include a second one below the existing one: there is room for it and it would be extremely helpful to store additional items - why pass on this opportunity???2. The extension panel should have two (instead of one) buckle straps so if you want to use the panel for an extra pair of pants or a couple of t-shirts, the two straps would help keep them in place.3. The outside pocket should have a built-in organizer for passports, pens, business cards, phone, etc. (not essential, but it would be a convenient feature).So, all in all I am happy with this bag, but a little more attention to detail and a few minor tweaks would go a long way to make it so much better.
