In the picture is other product than what I have received. I ordered it as I'm looking for gluten free tofu option and I have read that Plain tofu it dosen't have. Don't know what other clients received but on this NOWHERE SPECIFYES THAT THIS PRODUCT ITSELF IT IS GLUTEN FREE it only say a general observation about general tofu products. So I don't even know how I will react. I've added pictures with what I've received. In case I decide to test it, I will modify my review, till then thats all I got. UPGRADE: I've test it right after my first comment and in the next 2 days a herpes started to grow on my upper lip! Last herpes I had was 6 years ago right before changing my diet into gluten free and now I've got it again! So, if it doesn't say on the box you got "Certified gluten free product" (like in the picture they published), vthen its NOT GLUTEN FREE!

Tofu is amazing... especially if you make it crispy!!! OMG! It's to die for.... after draining it for 15" on a dish (with something heavy on top of it), slice it, then bring it to a boil in heavily salted water. Shut it off once it starts to boil and let it sit uncovered for 15 minutes. Dry it (I use a salad spinner). Coat it with corn flour and fry on HIGH... then you can dice it and add it to anything... spaghetti with a chinese type sauce, or rice or a salad with balsamic... you will absolutely love it!

Received product which is out of date, there is a photo to show that this is best before the 2nd of October 2021. Not pleased after I’ve paid for this!
