Kuumba Made, Arabian Sandalwood Fragrance Oil 0.125 Fl Oz

As a first time buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect with this product. But I'm thankful I rolled the dice, because the aroma and longevity of this fragrance is wonderful. It's not imposing or obnoxious, but it makes its presence known. If a smell could be a gentleman with a firm handshake, this is it.That's not to say the scent is distinctly masculine; I actually enjoy that anyone could wear this comfortably. It is simply warm and inviting. It doesn't bother with making a statement, as it doesn't need to.There is the warmth of the sandalwood mixed with a subdued sweetness, almost like vanilla. The smell is not one-note.And the roll on tip means you won't have to worry about applying too much or too little.The aroma is persistent as well. It will last well past 24 hours if you don't wash it off.As I write this review I see there are only 8 left in stock. That's about to become 0. I'd buy a lifetime supply if I could.

When you purchase this product, keep in mind that it does NOT say that it's a pure sandalwood scent. There are notes of vanilla, coconut and cedar, which make this a softer, sweeter, more woody scent. I have been using this product for about 15-20 years now and have never had a problem with this Kuumba Made company.

I love sandalwood, so was excited to find this, but it does not smell like sandalwood to me. Instead, I smell cinnamon (which I also love so not a problem). Many others say they smell vanilla, but I don't get that at all. I have the Egyptian Musk on order, and can't wait to see how that smells. I do not like flowery perfumes, so all of the earthy options offered by Kuumba are right up my alley.

I am disappointed after having purchased this product because the scent does not resemble the smell of sandalwood which is a very nice scent. I happen to have a bottle of sandalwood cologne and have used it frequently. Unfortunately, this oil has more of a medicinal scent as opposed to a true sandalwood product.

love this smell.Light and not overpowering

This doesn't smell bad. It smells great. However, if you're looking for a sandalwood scent, this ain't it. It has a really intense scent of almost this artificial-smelling vanilla that is super strong but couldn't really find the scent of sandalwood in this. If you're a fan of vanilla scents, this might be for you.

I tried this smell and it is divine. Not over powering... just smooth and alluring, the oil is perfect. Good value and it lasts. I always for years stayed with this brand of oil. No issueswith the ingredients.

I bought this for my Mom. She loves Sandalwood. I never really like sandalwood until now.Turns out Kuumba just really bows how to make a really good product. You can't go wrong finding all your favorites and some you didn't even know you would like at a great price.Little gos a long way. Just put a small amount on your wrist. Wait a minute. As the oil warms on your skin, you will notice the wonderful smell slowly build.You won't be disappointed. Give it a try. Makes a great gift too..
