Wow, this product is wonderful. Sometimes the medications I take cause a little (well, more than a little), disruption in regularity. I read all the reviews and some really hit home, so I purchased SPORE Probiotics and Prebiotics. This product is a game changer. I took 2 caps and the rest is history. I have noticed more energy and 100% regularity. I slipped and didn’t take it for a few days and I back to the old habits my old routine, or lack thereof. I wondered, what was up? These spore based probiotic have made a real reduction in my bloating and general GI distress, and I'm only at around a half dose per day. I plan on increasing to a full dose over time and seeing how that goes. I definitely recommend taking spore based probiotic slow on these as they are powerful! Your body needs time to adjust probiotic. I started with just a 1 capsules sprinkled on food, then 2 capsules and now slowly going to a 3 capsules. For the record, this is not the only thing I'm taking, but I'm very sensitive to changes in my digestion and can tell that this spore probiotic has helped. Cheers! Long lasting sporebiotic - last longer in the gut than regular probiotics. I had an issue (plus a very low immune system) I was dealing with and this was one of the supplements I used to help me slowly recover (still recovering). These little things are AMAZING. After the last brand of probiotics I tried caused regression in my, I was DONE. I was on my daily walk feeling awful and ordered spore based probiotic while walking. The spore probiotic were much different than the other brands. Long story short, I feel SO much better. All of are gone, and I’m now on a maintenance dose. I double up when I feel “off” or if I eat something unintentionally that may throw off my gut. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about these probiotics and nothing.
