Under no circumstances do you buy from this company. Poor product. Poor customer service. Had to summit to claims to get money back. This is the worst purchase I have made on Amazon. It takes 4 hours to put up. If there is a slight wind prepared to watch it bend poles ripe cover and sides off. Be aware do not buy ever. I would rather burn this company than for their discounts and replacements.

The tent’s materials and durability fell short of my expectations for repeated use, making it impractical for long-term reliability. However, the seller provided excellent customer service and resolved my concerns promptly. While the product disappointed me, their responsiveness is commendable

I wish I saw this product review in early March this year before I purchased it. I agree with the person who purchased this product on April 11, 2025. If I can put a zero, I would definitely do the same thing. I don’t write many reviews but if this helps potential victims I’ll write one. For being such a large canopy the structural bars are very thin metal…. Velcro was missing to attach to the poles! Thread on the stitching was very poor! Plastic connectors are also cheep plastic. I tried to return this product. The WARNING I would like to share is that… they did accepted my return request but say that they are a third party seller and can’t provide prepaid return label. To ship a package this size and weight would cost me $125.50 usps not including insurance or signed receipt. Be warned that after morn than multiple-times of dealing with messaging between the seller, Amazon and myself the solution is either I keep this or pay shipping… either way I lose. Would that be inside? I do not recommend anyone to purchase this product!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Prompt deliveryProduct is lacking in quality. The poles need to be a size or two thicker. They are flimsy.The seller did accept my return, but with a $44 “restocking fee”Since nothing was technically wrong with the item, I suppose that’s fairBut I do feel strongly that the item is misrepresented on Amazon. It states that the tent will stand up in all kinds of weather. It definitely will not.Find a higher quality tent. I do not recommend this one.

Tent is a nightmare. It comes in a ton of little pieces to assemble. Not all parrots were labeled making set up very confusing and laborious. As you’re setting up it dawns on you that taking it down will be even worse. Some pieces that are supposed to clip into place and make the frame secure did not have the correct clip parts. Ended up securing it with duct tape buying two more Popup tents from Home Depot to anchor it for the party. By the end of the party is was already falling apart. Do not buy this! Photo is when the frame wouldn’t stay together and we started using duct tape.

Not strong enough
