After 30 days, I didn't gain or lose weight with these. It seems fat was lost above the hips, and I'm guessing by how it feels when I sit down now, that weight moved around the hips. I couldn't measure much of a difference though. Will keep taking, they seem harmless, but a bit hard to swallow at first. Easier with chocolate milk :)
