I’ve recently been looking for a plant based protein powder I can add to my morning smoothies. After careful consideration I chose this brand. I was a little skeptical at first but upon taking it I find that I like it a lot. I do feel I need to take it for a longer amount of time than these past 3 or so days but I am optimistic. I do like that it’s all natural so I’m not adding any extra chemicals. I have had a surge of energy and I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the weekend or because of the powder I like to believe it’s the protein powder.
