Does what it says, good value for money

Very dirty. Just dust and tiny broken pieces. Does not form into gel consistency.Normally love sea moss as really good and full of goodness, but I have used other brands before. as they were not in stock I have tried this one and I am really unhappy with it. Used only a little but will be going to the bin. Very expensive mistake. Will not be buying again.

In terms of effectiveness, this stuff is excellent. However, there's so many weird & yucky foreign bits in it, it's so off-putting.If the new packet is better, I'll come back & add another star.This stuff healed a sore spot on my lip overnight. Also, when I was using it every day in a smoothie, but my other meals weren't particularly healthy, my white hairs started to decrease & the thinning hair on my temples started to fill out.

Is a quality product from what I can see. blends well into smoothies with my taste to speak and you'll notice it can be used a thicker in place of tings like flour in soups and such. Its handy little nutrious addons like this that make a world of difference in strengthening your organism.

This is my favourite sea moss.. Easy to use and blends well in my smoothies.I just need to soak it in hot water for a few minutes and it’s soft and ready to blend.I have tried other brands, but theirs’ is too salty and hard.

Good product and excellent quality. Really enjoy Irish Moss added to drinks and smoothies. Feel stronger, more relaxed and skin seems firmer. Benefits are more noticeable taking this way than the capsules but then I am probably over doing the dose!Side note, I love how much it smells of the sea, not necessarily a powerful smell but distinctive.

Maybe I am just not used to this Moss, but it was very bitter, and wasn't the consistency I was used to. I can't finish the pack, and have brought a completey different brand that sells the Irish Moss that I am used to.
