I am a size 9-10, ala 9.5, depending on cut of shoe style or brand. Someone said these were "slightly larger than expected" so I thought a 9 would be better choice than 10. since there is no 9.5 of this shoe. It seems a sixe 9 is a size 9. My biggest complaints are the color is a washed out light brown, no shine or polish to it, and there is almost no info inside the shoe, except Kobbler logo and size 42. WHERE ARE THESE SHOES MADE? No one knows, and I don't know if "Spanish leather" has any meaning except to the marketing dept. These could be from China, based on the price and lack of consumer info. And I will change this if informed otherwise.

The look is 5*, but the quality is... you know what they say, "you paid for what you get."Although the product description says 'leather', I believe this is technically some kind of PU Leather (several different layers that are glued together), rather than real leather (animal hide). That's why you get the petroleum/gasoline smell when you open the box. The man-made leather is also harder and not supple like real leather. It your feel fits the shoes just right, good for you! But for me I need 11.5 size, and it is too hard (need breaking in). Or I will have to order a size bigger and add insoles.After reading the feedback from other previous buyers, I noted that all the 1* are all complaining about similar thing: quality. I have bought some very nice (good quality), but ~$40 dress boots from Amazon before, and thought I will give this a try (~$40 with Free Return). It turns out that this is only made to look good (like Stacy Adams), but not with enough quality (some of you may say. Duh!). It explains why some people experience the sole falling off after a few months.Oh well, some time you get a good deal, some times you just need to know when to return the product.

The shoe quality isn't that great, but it's what I would have expected based on the price. I don't intend to wear them every day anyways, it's more of a shoe I wear to mix things up a bit more during the week. With that said, the size is too large. I ordered them true to shoe size, but most people wear a smaller boot size. I should have ordered them the size of what I wear in my boots, about a half size or size down. I am thinking of removing the strap on back as it is kind of cheesy.

Pretty good product, with 2 caveats. More importantly, they're very narrow for the size; if you wear them for a few days you can stretch them out, but it's a tight fit at first.More trivially, they come laced upside down. It's not a big deal, but the upside-down lacing also makes them fit a lot more tightly than they should. So if they seem a size too small,[ make sure you pull out the laces entirely and re-lace them normally before getting concerned and sending them back.

They were very comfortable and stylish shoes...but they didn't last. Bought early in 2015 and dead by November. And I didn't do a ton of walking outside in rough terrain or through the snow. Mostly indoors and the occasional stroll on sidewalks.I guess for the price its not bad, but you may want to spend a little more money to get shoes that last longer than a <1year.

These came in today and they fit comfortably and I like the inner lining. My issue is that I'm not sure the upper is genuine leather. The material feels too cheap for it to be leather. It feels more like faux leather. Not sure how long these will hold up but for the price I guess you can't complain much.

For the price, really great. The back leather strap did break off after about a month of use but all and all these shoes look great and are more affordable than most so I would recommend.

Overall, these are a nice leather boot for the money. However, I would recommend ordering down at least on size, as I am swimming in my size 9 US, which is what I normally wear. Unfortunately, I don't feel it's worth sending them back so I will try a pair of inserts to see if that helps.

Lovely pair of shoes for a great price (fast delivery too.) My only regret was ordering a half size down based on some reviews saying these are larger than average for the stated sizes. Mine were not and are just a bit more snug than I would like but it's manageable - once the blisters heal. In my view the sizes on the shoes are perfectly correct and I wish I'd ordered the size I normally would. My own fault for not trusting my instincts on the sizes and I am happy with the shoes other than that.
