Not a bad as the other reviews
So imma lead with this form factor didn't work for me at all but that is my preference. For 50 bucks this thing is great with a caveat, you need to make sure you update it to the old new firmware that they pushed because they messed up with an actual crap update. Basically they updated it with the bugs that the other reviews are complaining about and then rolled it back by calling it the next update. For 50 bucks this thing sounds decent and has waaaay more features then it has any right to. It's not comfortable to me but that's because I don't like stems and the tip shape that forces them to use. Super good value, they aren't galaxy buds pro2s but their sound is 70% there for like 25% of the cost. I love moondrop iems, i wish they were a bit better at tws stuff.

Disastrous Post-Release Support
I really wanted to like these as a replacement for my Space Travel, which became basically unusable after a year due to no longer making proper connection with the case and charging erratically, but these have been a total mess thanks to Moondrop's "support."These initially came with firmware 1.1.3, which was relatively fine. They didn't save equalizer settings between use, and LC3 support didn't work on my Pixel 8 Pro, but neither of those were gamebreakers. The next firmware, 1.2.3, pretty much broke everything. They would randomly connect to devices while in the case, had issues with charging, and adjusting ANC touch settings often broke. Resetting the defaults did nothing, and only introduced a new problem with pairing becoming near impossible, requiring you to catch a very specific window where things worked. Of note for this update is that the LC3 option to pair with now had the name of a completely different, (as of this review) unreleased product.About a week later, we get firmware 1.2.4, which later got an explanation labeling it as a rollback firmware to 1.1.3...except it's not quite that. There are still issues present that weren't there on the initial 1.1.3, most notably ANC touch frequently breaking. Worst of all, my right earbud is now remarkably quieter than the left, with full-blast volume on the right matching half-volume on the left, at best. This issue persists regardless of what device they're paired to, and can even be observed by the system voice noting the power-on state now being muffled and hard to hear.I have no idea if my right earbud decided to break just around a month after purchase and right after this rollback firmware as a coincidence, or if these firmware updates are what did it. I also have no idea if this is an issue that can be fixed with a firmware update either, but the current track record leaves no reason to count on a fix from Moondrop.Save your money, get something else. Even if it's a Space Travel, you're spending less than half on those if they break, and the hit to sound quality isn't that bad. Moondrop clearly has a lot to figure out with these.

Bluetooth does not work
I contacted customer support via their app about a couple months ago... and didn't hear anything. I sent another email and similarly did not get a response. Connection issues and battery issues, even when fully charged overnight the headphones will not retain charge and die/ shut-down. The charging in ear has never worked. There is patchy bluetooth connection and headphone whirring/ mechanic crackling while product in use. I have had this product for less than 6 months.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY THESE!!!
Since October Moondrop has released 2 seperate updates that have permanently broken these for many buyers. The first time I was barley able to recover having to 3d print an adapter to charge them, after issued a fixed update. The second update released in Feb let the earbud batteries die before they issued a fix and they are now unrecoverable with Moondrop telling users to contact the seller for support.Besides that, they don't sound great, have audio that cracks and pops, have literally cracked at the seam for some buyers.Get the Space Travels, or get any number of earbuds in this price range, just don't get these. At all, Period.

Bug issue - crackling sound.
Unfortunately, I received mine with a bug issue of cracking sound when ANC and transparency mode are on. Tried to update the firmware in the app and then another bugs with the firmware that doesn't save and doesn't work. Asked a replacement as the sound seems to be amazing. But there is a lot of people reporting the same problem, so I guess this will not be resolved with replacement but with a new firmware update fixing these bugs from Moondrop. If I happen to get an update that fix these issues I will update my review as well. Sad issue from Moondrop.EDIT: 2nd unit had the same issue, even worse. So I just returned and got a refund. Moca nevermore.

QC problem don’t buy until Moondrop fixes the issue
There is a noticeable buzz in the right ear when noise canceling is activated . Did an exchange and the issue persists . Sound quality is excellent at the price point and the noise canceling other than the issue is also quite competent.
