This Macbook version has an SD card which is why we had to get it but they replaced almost every piece of hardware I couldn't even tell it was Refurbished! Freaking flawless, my Wife Loves it! Buyer Beware however, these guys wipe the device- that's fine, UNLESS you get one like we did where all the Apps were pretty much uninstalled. If this happens to you, DO NOT "Vault" for device Encryption upon initial startup. You will have to use Apple's Free update to Install the most recent version of MAC OS. Otherwise, you'll just have a very very pretty quality paper weight or set prop. If you can accept this potential technical hurdle- buying this model from these guys is your BEST chance at getting a Like New condition device. Took a couple hours to get through, but the end result & Savings were Super worth it!

I purchased this laptop for my son as a present. When he opened up the box, his excitement turned into huge disappointment. As he inspects the laptop, his eyes fill up with tears. As he cries, my embarrassment quickly turned to anger. The laptop has too many scratches, nicks, chip paint/case, and the appearance of a very used laptop. This laptop does not look or WORKS like a new laptop. The laptop also has dust, dirt, and other debris in the ports which made it difficult for anything to connect to it. After using an air can to blow away the dust, I notice the sensors in the worn and unable to properly charge. I am very disappointed in the product. I am was embarrassed to have given this product to my son as a gift. I feel very let down my this product.

So I took a flyer and ordered this mid 2014 MacBook Pro. I saw some mixed reviews on this channel so I wasn’t really sure... but because it was prime I thought it would be low risk. I’m happy to report that the computer is almost flawless in appearance and everyone every benchmark diagnostic on it seems to be functioning super well. Couldn’t be happier the value is there the quality of the product was there not much more to say.

After several years of Windows laptops getting on my nerves and letting me down I finally decided to try a macbook pro I couldn't afford a really nice new one so I got older used one that had been renewed and I could not be happier. Best move I've ever made when it comes to laptops

When arrive the MacBook was halfway charge, when the battery die I connected the charger which it is an after market not apple charger and MacBooks will not charge at all. I bought 2 of these MacBook same problem. I Amazon and all they said return and you willl get a refund within 14 days. So I went and bought a apple brand charger and the MacBook are charging the way the supposed to, I call apple again and told them that the MacBooks are good to please replace the chargers and the lady with an attitude did nothing to help. Will never ever buy fromThem again.
