7-Ply Steam Control 17pc T304 Stainless Steel Cookware Set

I bought these in April of 2011 for a new induction cooktop. I have used them for 3 years. now. I replaced all my old pans except for an old set of 3 ply that I may reach for if these are being used, although these are always my first choice. I hang them from a pot rack and they still look great. I do not wash in a dishwasher. I love the waterless aspect of these, you can cook your vegetables in very little water and the flavor is amazing. Frozen vegetables cook great. This is one of the biggest reasons I bought these, being able to cook on low heat, little water and even heat distribution. I like to simmer bone broth on low. I can put the lid on, close the vent, and turn the stove on the lowest setting to simmer. These were in my budget for waterless, induction cookware and I couldn't be happier.I have never had any problems with my lids. I have never had anything on them other than steam and they are easy to clean. I use low heat with the valve closed. You need to learn how to get the vapor seal. The lid will spin on a vapor seal when closed and on the right temperature. I purchased a waterless cookbook to learn how to use them. So far all recipes have worked in this cookware that I have tried. I ordered the Healthy Meat and Potatoes cookbook by Charles Knight. I cook everything from scratch and these pans are used everyday. My kitchen is not for show or to impress anyone. I look for products at a good price that work and hold up well and these pans have.

I have looked everywhere for a nice set of durability. I have only 2 pieces of myMoms cookware she had and now I have my own set of nice cookware the quality you can’t get any better. I just wish it wasn’t so much but it is worth it.

I've cooked with this cookware for over 10 years. I absolutely love it. I purchased this set as a wedding gift for my niece. It cooks wonderful, cleans easy, & looks beautiful(as long as you clean it properly-which is easily done with BarKeepers Friend - you don't need the special kind of cleaner that SaladMaster sells). My whole family, 3 sisters & 2 kids, have this same set. It's great & a real value for the price!!

The product is quite amazing. You will taste vegetables like it's the first time you've ever tasted them! And other meats,fish & chicken area great! The cleanup is a little hard to say. To get it pretty clean is not that hard,but to get it spotless takes a little more work. A solution of apple cider vinegar works very well.The paperwork however has a little to be desired. For example the directions & cooking tips seem to have a little lost in the language translation or are just vague at times. Also the warranty process is frankly quite shocking,it states to send in the product to a P.O. box in Texas with a check presumably blank to pay for return shipping & handling. Also there was no number to contact the company to find out about this process or if one would like to purchase additions items or handles since they are not covered at all. But from what I can tell one shouldn't have any problems with the exception of the handles if you burn them or maybe the valves which is also the handle on the lids so be careful of that. All in all it's definitely worth it!

These were purchased for my mom, but she raved about how much she loved them and threw out all of her old pans!
