Great product
Had this for 4 months. Been using it regularly. Result is delicious idlis. So far so good. I like how there are no sharp edges on this, unlike other products.

Good quality but lid keeps popping off
Good quality steel and well made product. Idlis come out good. My only complaint is that once pressure builds up, the lid keeps popping off. There is a design flaw wherein the lid does not fit tightly onto the vessel, the fit is a bit loose, so it comes off easily with the slightest of pressure. We have to keep putting it back. It’s quite a nuisance!

Terrible quality
This is terrible quality. After about 12 uses the lid doesn’t stay on properly and the steam escapes faster then needed causing the good to be uncooked. Waste of money.

Poor steel quality!
Product isn't that great what it looks in the image. The quality of steel is very bad which you can't judge from such a distant picture. I believe seller should have close up images as well as image of the inner trays. Trays are very very delicate and even steel polish was coming off at several places. It says strong handles, yes, handles would appear strong if the whole apparatus is made of low grade steel. Idlis' won't come out of the trays no matter how much you grease in advance. Beware before you buy!

Awesome product
It is unfortunate that the product has 2 star rating. I took a chance and ordered it thinking that if the product is not as expected then I will return it.I have not faced any of the complaints that other buyers have expressed. May be the manufacturer has improved the quality since the last reviews.I will definitely buy again and recommend others in my friend circle as well.
