I tore the meniscus in my left knee months ago. At 67 the healing process is a little slower. This brace has given me the knee support I desperately needed. My knee measurement (4” above knee cap) is 17”, which placed me in the L category. Bought it and it was a little tight for me. Just received the XL and this is a game changer. Size up!

The quality of this brace seemed fine and I was hopeful that I would be able to use it playing sports. However, the fit was not satisfactory. The brace itself was OK, but even though though I had measured my leg per the website instructions. when I tightened the straps the Velcro was barely engaged.I was on the high side of the leg circumference for the small brace recommendation, so I thought I might have trouble pulling the strap tight enough to fasten correctly. However, it was the opposite problem that occurred. When I pulled the strap tight, the top piece partially went past the bottom piece so it was only partly engage. It just didn't seem right and I didn't think it would hold up over time. I was disappointed and returned the item.

Just got it. Feels great. (Chart says i need a 2x nope). Returned a 2x for a 1x perfect fit.. Size matters. If u think u need a 2x. Get a 1x. U can thank me later 😎

Playing basketball and men's softball often and being in my 50s, I will occasionally tweak or twist a knee when I pivot or jump. Usually it takes a few days to loosen up and feel like it is back to normal. With this Neenca knee brace, I feel like I have a lot more knee joint support while I am playing, and the frequency of these knee issues has gone way down. I feel like my knee joint is more stable when I play which helps mentally, and physically both. The padding is soft, made of nylon and latex. It feels snug on my knee, but not to the point where it restricts any movement. Also, it stays in place while I play and does not slide down my leg to my ankle. If you are looking for some additional knee support, maybe because of a past injury then this brace is well worth giving a try. Just the mental benefit alone, knowing that the knee is protected, is worth the price. The feeling of stability in my knee is a priceless feeling.Be sure to get the right size for you. These Neenca braces can fit either a left or right leg. However, it is important to get your correct size. Sizing is easy to calculate, just measure the circumference of your thigh, about 6 inches above the kneecap. Like most aging women, I have osteoarthritis combined with a misaligned patella and a few tendon tears. This causes occassional pain and swelling when I walk too far or twist my knee cap while playing a sport. Currently, I am active and prevent causing knee pain by wearing knee compression sleeves and braces. I need to get a couple knee braces that have metal stays for additional support for my side-to-side movement. I ordered the NEENCA Professional Hinged Knee Brace with Removable Dual Side Stabilizers, from the NEENCA Store. The NEENCA brace is true to size (according to the sizing chart). This brace offers strong stability for Joint Pain Relief, Arthritis, Meniscus Tear, or ACL, PCL, MCL tears, Sprains, Strains, sports injury and Post-operative recovery. These are more reliable than other knee braces due to the copper hinges providing extra reinforcement for bending and turning (that I need when I play pickleball and when I go for long walks and hikes.) I like how there is an anatomically contoured patella gel pad surrounding my kneecap, and removable dual side hinged stabilizers that fit tightly with my knee joint. he dual copper hinges are easily removable when less support is needed. The combination gives me the lateral support I need when side-stepping and turning into a swing. I like this NEENCA Hinged Knee Brace and give it 5 stars for quality and comfort.

Item seems to be of good quality but never had the opportunity to actual try it out. Based on the manufacturers sizing instructions/chart I measured my right leg above and below the knee. I ordered a medium based on that information, however when I tried the knee brace on it was definitely too small. I am returning the size medium I purchased in exchange for a large.
