Terrible shipping
It arrived open, the tongue scraper was completely out of the packaging and it was very dirty and dusty like another reviewer stated. It seemed very old as well like it has been sitting in the factory more than 10 years. And last I was expecting a blue scraper as the description shows, but it was white.However, this seller has good customer service. I emailed the seller about the issues I experienced and they shipped me another set which arrived in great condition. I am a happy customer.

New comfortable shaped tongue cleaner that gets the job done with minimal to no gagging
I've been using tongue cleaners for at least over 15 years. I've only had 2 cleaners. The first one was just a single fan-shaped 'blade' which I thought worked really well. When the new '2-blade' style came out, I switched to that which I've been using until I received this VeriFresh tongue cleaner. This new tongue cleaner is a totally different shape, very narrow with multiple blades. It feels very different on my tongue versus the ones I've been using. I never really gagged cleaning my tongue unless I pressed down too hard or went too far back. This new one didn't really give any of the gagging sensation even if I tried. I did have to make a few more passes to clean my tongue but it was comfortable to use. The only thing I did not like was how I received the product. The packaging was opened so I'm not sure if it was returned. It wasn't ripped open haphazardly but it was carefully opened along the perforated markings of the package (it's packaged like a disposable tooth brush). I just really washed & disinfected the tongue cleaner before using. Besides the packaging issue, the product itself it spot on. I like cleaning my tongue to get rid of food odors in my mouth that linger even after brushing. Also, eating certain things tend to leave a film on my tongue which I hate so I need to scrape it off. Plus cleaning my tongue just makes my mouth feel so much more cleaner.
