NO! And the Chinese instructions are bad. If you are not used to tools and equipment, it will challenge you.

first 30 days for any kind of manufacturer's defects with replacement parts only. Accidents, abuse, Neglect, Labor and Mechanic not covered. Shipping not covered too..

Yes… One big lever , Forward reverse and neutral. No clutch required, easy to operate. These are a lot of fun for my youngest grandkids.
