They look good. They taste good. They even don't smell bad, like some supplements, which is also a plus! I'm just not sure I believe that the yummy gummies will do all the maker claims. However, they are vegan, non-GMO, gluten free, and apparently lasts for 2 years. I got it because my son used to take Glutathione and I remember it as being good for you. He used to have muscle cramps when he was little, and I was suffering from them lately with all the work I was doing, walking for 8+ yours in the emergency department. I'd never had that before, so I was looking for some supplement to help get me out of pain. You don't have to swallow these, as they are gummies, and I love that. I haven't really been sick since working in the ER, and I think it's because I come across every conceivable disease, so my immune system is rock solid. But it says it's good for the immune system and also good for skin, where I haven't noticed any improvements, let me put it that way. I've always had pretty good skin, and it hasn't solved any of the problems I do suffer from, like age spots. Would have loved that! It says to take 4 gummies, max = 8, but I've only been taking 2, since I take a lot of other vitamins and supplements. In each 4 gummy serving, you get 2500 mg of glutathione, and more than 430 percent of your daily requirements of Vitamin C. Also included in the chewable are Milk Thistle Extract, Camu Camu Extract, L-Cysteine, L-Glutamic Acid, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, L-Glycine and Trimethylglycine. All of those are 100 mg's and above, so it's a lot of good things with just 3 g of Carbs and 16 calories for every 4 gummy serving). Absent are milk, wheat, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, shellfish, artificial sweeteners & colors, art. preservatives and salicylates. The things it doesn't contain also make me happy, since I don't like artificial colors. The product is a pretty pink color, so I'm glad at least it doesn't contain one of those early FDA-approved red dyes that are now in the process of being banned in the US. They (Red 3) had been banned in other countries for a long time. These are also made in the US, which is a plus for us. It just gets an A- from me, however, because I'm not sure it does all it claims. Still, it hasn't hurt me, and would be great for people with allergies to things like milk/wheat, etc. Kids will love the strawberry flavor, and won't fuss if they have to chew them, because these gummies are soft and taste like candy. So perfect if you have a fussy kid at home who doesn't want to take pills. It also won't pull your fillings out, since it's not a sticky chew. That's a bonus for us older folks. The proof of effectiveness will be when I run out of my one bottle supply. If I have health issues after, I'll write back and let you know this was working better than I thought.

I have tried another gummy brand that combined the liposomal glutathione + Vitamin C as 2 gummies but at a far lower dose than the capsules I was taking. I know from personal experience that liposomal glutathione taken with vitamin C is effective at whitening your skin. These liposomal glutathione gummies contain a higher dosage than the capsules I typically take at 2,500mg and vitamin C at 360mg taken as a serving size of 4 gummies. There are 60 gummies in total in this one bottle containing 15 days worth of supplements—not a full month. That is the one disadvantage of taking supplements in gummy form—they don’t last you the full month. But I actually prefer the gummy form! These taste fruity—not quite like the strawberry flavor as it’s advertised to be, but it is a pleasant and enjoyable taste. I look forward to taking my 4 gummies in the morning. Of course, the whitening effect can only be achieved if also decreasing UV sun exposure, wearing SPF 50 with reapplication every 2 hours. Without combining these along with taking the glutathione + vitamin C, the whitening effect will be negated or won’t be as noticeable or lasting. I recommend these gummies because they have such a high dosage of lipsomal glutathione—ideal for that skin whitening effect!

These have a decent taste. And maybe it's just me, but taking four of them a day seems a bit much - so I've only been taking two a day, and that might be why I am unable to rave too much about them. A whole bottle of these in fifteen days? That seems a bit of an overload. Two a day for 15 days, I feel fine. I still have half a bottle, and I still have a nice tan which I like, so there's that.

OK these gummies are delicious. I was initially annoyed that the servings size is FOUR GUMMIES and I was only going to take two, but after eating those I went right back and grabbed the remaining two gummies of the recommended serving size simply because they're yummy. I appreciate these being free of major allergens, but I do wish they were sugar free. I'm on a weight loss journey and take a lot of gummy supplements... I can't be getting so many calories from my vitamins. Also, keep in mind that while $20 is a normal price for most supplements, if you're taking FOUR gummies per day, this particular supplement will only last you 15 days. You'll need TWO bottles per month which makes this a little less affordable.
