Great olive
These are very tasty. The quality of the olives are also a plus. Not soft and unpleasant. They have pits so tossing more than one in your mouth will require some careful manipulation or you will be spitting out more than just a pit. The dentist is not open at night so beware. ; )

Delish
I prefer olives with pits. They are tastier and much more delicious than pitted olives. These olives are very delicious with great olive flavor and a nice consistency. Their texture is soft but not mushy. They are a nice fresh green color. No gray or drab green . I wish they were a bit bigger but the taste is essential.

Mixed Feelings...
There are things to like and things not to like.Pros:Organic -big, huge proSodium content is less than some other brandsGlass Jar (so you can buy on sale and store in the pantry)Packed in water (instead of sunflower, safflower or canola oil, etc.)Olives have pits and are meaty (not the disgusting mushy bloated things most people prefer)Olives are a normal medium/large size and the pits are not too bigOlives are easy / pleasant to eatOlives taste good (subtle, not very bitter flavor)Four ingredients: organic green olives, water, sea salt, and citric acidJar opens easily and you see/hear that safety pop telling you it was well sealedPrice is reasonableCons:Citric acid brine overpowers the lovely subtle taste of the olives -a lot!!Overall, I do like these but don't love these. I love olives, and the one's in oil do taste leaps and bounds better but aren't as healthy as the organic ones packed in water. Organic olives have not been treated with lye to expedite the pickling process and remove much of the bitterness (a/k/a the super amazingly good for you polyphenols), nor do they have added dyes to make them look a pretty shade of green (dyes that have been banned in some countries as they are not healthy). So, it's a trade off between health and taste. I'll keep looking for a jarred organic olive packed in water that doesn't taste quite so tart to the point it ruins the flavor of the olive. If I wanted to taste citric acid rather than olives, these would be perfect. : (So, do I recommend these? Yes, if you want a healthier olive and you like a citric acid brine as opposed to olives in oil. Saltwise, these taste middle of the road -not crazy salty and not undersalted -can there even be such a thing as a commercially undersalted olive? Personally, I find all commercial olives to be way too salty. While the salt level in these are OK, that citric acid twang enhances the saltiness in a way that makes my tongue confuse the acidity as saltiness. Since I don't like super salty things, that's not a plus. So, I madly love olives in general but don't love these. Still, I no longer want to buy olives processed with lye and dyes. So, I'll keep looking for another organic jarred olive or, perhaps, an organic olive in oil sans lye/dye.

Not pitted
Super bummed these are not pitted. I wish that were in the description. To be fait, they also do not say that they are pitted, but if it doesn't say one way or the other I assumed pitted. They're very small and firm and hard to bite around the pit. Very flavourful, perfectly salty and or tangy, but I probably wouldn't buy these again. I purchased because they seemed like a good price and my local grocery store was out of their organic green olives. I wanted to serve in a charcuterie board for the holiday so I ordered these to be delivered.365 Kalamata olives are way better and pitted. I would order those over these.
