The XT1144 does not come with a remote

Q: Can you customize power adapter to 220 volt ?

We already have it configured to both 220V / 110V and comes with both adapters.

Q: Can this unit run two displays?

The short answer is no. Of course you could also purchase a video distribution amplifier and then use it to drive multiple screens. The catch, of course, is you get the same image on both ( or more) screens.
