High Fiber
I bought these off a u-tube recommendation for increasing fiber in my diet. These are a quick easy way to get a high fiber diet for health. I had no ill effects. I have enjoyed them. They are good with fruit.

Fiber rich, indeed!
The flavor is a little bland but it's not bad tasting. I added a banana which made it much tastier. I ate one cup and the next day I was already feeling the effects of the fiber! Having trouble with regular or successful bowel movements? EAT THIS CEREAL! Even the following day I was pooping great!Highly recommend!!!

All Bran Buds is simply the best remedy for gut problems.
All Bran Buds are different than All Bran: there is added psyllium in the Buds. All Bran Buds (and not All Bran) have solved pooping problems for several people I know. Try to find them in the grocery store, as they are crazy expensive here, but I was willing to pay Amazon this once so I did not run out. Truly, they work!

KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN BUDS
All right --- so if you appreciate cereal that is Fiber-rich and very low in calories, then give this one a try. Not only that, but when you add a fruit such as blueberries, raisins, strawberries, etc., then you end up with a cereal that also delicious and very heart-healthy.Thumbs-Up

I need this product to keep my GI track in great condition !!
Many years ago my GI Dr. suggested Kellogg's Bran Buds as a good source of fiber. It's amazing what a difference a small amount can make. Which is why I was willing to pay so much for it. But I also love the bowl give away. It's the perfect size for a cereal bowl.

Price gauging!
The product is fine, the price is outrageous! In fact, the whole thing is price gauging. You get 2 boxes worth around $10 in the supermarket and a $1 plastic cup. You can find it in Walmart or in your local grocery store. You have to look very carefully, it may be separate from other Kellogg's cereals, next to high fiber cereals like Fiber One. Don't be a victim of price gauging!
