Good for replacing sugars
Got these to use on long runs. Easy to pop in, not too big and the taste was ok. I felt the were effective as my energy levels were up. Dissolved pretty quickly and the taste wasn’t too strong.

Great little energy boost but they are not sweets
Tbh you amount of packs that you pay for is pretty astounding considering there £1 + in supermarkets and they do taste great which might be a issue if you consume them like packet of sweets.

Short date , Not unflavoured, slightly tropical
24 pAcks expiring in 16weeks time. As another reviewer said, these usually have a much longer expiry . I use less than a pack a week on my long run, so I won’t get through these before they expire. Usually I buy orange flavour but these were on offer to £9. ( it didn’t state that they were short dated). I thought these would taste like pure dextrose- just sweet with no flavour , but they have a slight pineapple/tropical flavour, which I guess I fine if you like that. I don’t. Hopefully I can convince myself to swallow them, else have just wasted my money.

Does give a bit of a boost when I have felt a little lethargic, very sweet though so shouldn’t take too many.
