Well made easy to use and makes great ice cream.

After reading reviews I was skeptical but I love it and its so easy. No its not an industrial ice cream production machine but its so much better than some of the stuff you get in the shops. Real ice cream. You just add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of double cream and whatever flavourings you want. Put your mix in the freezer and the machine bowl in the freezer for 24hrs. Put your mix in the bowl, into the machine and pop it on for 20-30 mins and you've got ice cream. Add a few egg yolks if you want to stabilize your mix. I will have endless fun with this, for ice cream half the price and better.Yes, if you dont put the lid on right (theres a notch on the rim that sticks up and fits into the lid) then the top will spin round.

Have only used this once so far but will keep using it. Like other reviewers I found it fiddly to assemble and keep assembled as the paddle turned but got there eventually. And it made nice ice cream. Overall I’m pleased with the result and no doubt I will get better at it with practice

The bowl is ok but otherwise flimsy and plasticky. Too many pieces to put together when you are busy cooking, with no indication of what goes where. The paddle also feels very fragile and unlikely to last. Very disappointing. These kind of bowl and paddle machines are all basically the same and I would recommend looking for something with a much more solid casing.

Super quick ice cream churner. Sturdy inner container that freezes so cold that after making one batch you can make another straight after. Although not having tried 3 consecutive batches, the inner container remains so cold I would suspect 3 batches would also be possible. It is simple to operate, one button to supply electricity to the paddle....on off button :-). What I would like is a sensor to say when the ice cream is churned say for soft, medium, firm state, as being so quick you have to keep an eye on it. You also have to remove the churned ice cream fairly quickly to a storage container as it continues to freeze in the churner. Because the churning has stopped leaving the ice cream in the churner container develops a different texture to the rest of the ice cream. I followed Nigella Lawsons strawberry ice cream recipe and WOW, it was a billowy firmish ice cream that will not make you want to buy ice cream from the shop again. The machine is quite large and when not in use it is best to store away as it clutters the kitchen side up, the top (lid) with the paddle motor is rather top heavy and the fear is knocking the top off the main container. All in all, it is a great machine which really surprised me by its performance.

I've made some delicious ice cream, my favourite is Peanut Butter went down a treat. I've used it about 7 times already and my 6yr old grandson loves coming over to help. Wouldn't be without it and would definitely recommend you to buy it, very easy to use, no disasters yet.

Nice product that works but overpriced for what it is. Expected more for what I was paying.There are cheaper models on Amazon which will do as good as this.

It’s not compact, it’s MASSIVE. So bear this is mind before getting one. The inner bowl will only fit into a large freezer, so someone like me, which a freezer that sits under a worktop, will never get it in.The reason it’s son”fast” is because the bowl is filled with the same solution used for freezer blocks. Personally I found it off putting because I don’t really want to have my food exposed to a chemical in case the inner content leaks at some point.The chrome looks good but notoriously bad for any marks. And they don’t really come off once there.On a plus side, it’s a no brainer to put together and it looks nice if you like to leave appliances out.Would happily return this monstrosity but sadly left a finger print that doesn’t come off, so I don’t believe the seller would accept it.
