The best I’ve bought to date
Across the years we have had a few of these door curtains but this one far surpasses anything we’ve had so far. It’s far more robust and a far better design and is doing the job brilliantly. It’s a good long curtain which is a change for us as it fits the whole door. Our previous one came a foot short and those pesky flys seemed to work out they could get underneath it. It was a dream to fit. You get Velcro strips that fit the full length of the sides and top sticking it ideally to your door frame. However in our case this isn’t possible so I’ve actually stuck them to the wall and it’s really fixed well. You also get some pins for added stability which I haven’t had to use. In the past we’ve actually had to fit batons but these were not needed.I would recommend that you fit the door curtain after a period of dry weather if it’s going to be outside. The middle of the curtain ( the opening) has magnets enclosed within a bound strip. The magnets are plentiful and are longer at the top than the bottom. This has the effect of pulling the curtain shut behind you. The curtain itself is netting however it’s well made and feels like it’s really going to last. I like the fact that it’s black so won’t show any marks. Last night we had strong winds and rain and the curtain didn’t move and looks as good as new. Finally my dog (he is a small chap) has absolutely no problems getting outside through the door. Within minutes he’d worked out that he just needed to walk through it and it opens. I think for its quality and durability this is fantastic value for money and I’m seriously considering ordering another to keep as a spare for when this eventually needs replacing. I definitely recommend this curtain.

A Clever Insect Barrier with Some Quirks 🦟
The Extsud Magnetic Screen Door promises to keep pesky insects at bay while allowing fresh air to circulate, and it largely delivers on that front. 💨 The installation process is refreshingly straightforward, requiring no drilling or complicated tools – just some adhesive strips and a bit of patience. One of the standout features is the magnetic closure system. 🧲 With multiple magnetic strips and pieces, the curtains seal together seamlessly, automatically closing any gaps that insects could potentially sneak through. And when you need to pass through, they part effortlessly, making it a convenient solution for high-traffic areas. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Firstly, the adhesive strips may not adhere as strongly to certain door frame materials, potentially leading to premature detachment. 😕 Additionally, while the polyester fiber material is tear-resistant, it can feel a bit flimsy, and the curtains may not drape as elegantly as advertised.Despite these minor quibbles, the Extsud Magnetic Screen Door serves its primary purpose well – keeping those annoying flies, mosquitoes, and other unwanted guests out of your living space. 🙅♀️ It's a convenient and affordable solution for enjoying fresh air without the buzzing nuisance, especially during the warmer months.Just be prepared to potentially reinforce the adhesive strips for a more secure installation, and don't expect a luxurious curtain aesthetic. But if you're seeking a practical and effective insect barrier, this magnetic screen door could be a worthwhile investment for your home or balcony. 🏡

Good, strong and well made product
So easy to install. I started by putting the sticky velcro along the top and then went down both sides. You do have to have the middle join a little higher, when sticking to the frame, than the sides. The curtain is a little long and when I'm inclined, I will probably put a couple of stitches across the bottom but it looks good as it is. I love the fact that the magnets go from top to bottom with only a small gap inbetween as with cheaper ones over the years, there's a much bigger gap and they never seem to close properly. So happy to be finally able to leave the patio door open now and let air in without the worry of unwelcome flying insects and also it means I can get rid of the ugly fly tapes we have hanging everywhere.

Flies no more!!
Having been plagued by flies and all manner of flying unwanteds this year, I started looking for a solution. Fly paper did NOT work and then I found this. I wish I had found it sooner. It works magnificently!!I am pleased I bought black as its inobtrusive and hides any marks/dirt.Putting it up: you certainly need a pitch on the top( horizontal) velcro: they say to go up a bit in the middle so it closes properly: I needed it about 1cm up in the middle compared to either end and found working the sticky velcro from the middle going out, to be the best and give a little ease to the curtain across the width when you stick the sides. Mine was too long so I just stapled it up a bit. There was plenty of velcro left at the end, so you don't need to be mean with it.So what now: its a bit unnerving going through to start but it closes quickly and stays shut. Flies etc stay out. Mozzies too!!What I did forget was that once it was up, 2 sets of anxious eyes looking up at me, totally confused: my fur kids. However, despite both being extremely anxious over anything new ( they are at the very damaged end of the rescue dog spectrum, with one having brain damage and only sight in one eye), as soon as I showed them what to do and got them to follow me a few times, after about 5 minutes, they got the idea. A bit tentative at first, then just barging through as though it had always been there. If they can use it, any dog can and it keeps wasps and bees out of the conservatory and house and that's safer for them.Highly recommended.

Keeps all the bugs out!
Works great, looks great and keeps all the insects out. Pretty easy to install and the magnets keep the net closed. Dog is still able to go through the net after some coaxing which is great.
