and doesnt do a good job of completely covering the mouth
Well, the inflatable part is very high quality, and will really quiet someone-- to the point of completely filling and sealing their mouth. The panel is a bit too small, and doesnt do a good job of completely covering the mouth, and the strap can easily let the gag come out of the mouth. The rivets can tend to touch the teeth, ouch. I will actually be combining the inflatable part with a head harness panel gag as there's such a limited selection of inflatable gags on the market, thererfore I am happy with this.Please be careful and safe with this product, as it can cause serious safety concerns in play!

It works mostly Not crazy about the shape.
Ok but easy to spit out when pumped up tight, no matter how tight it is buckled. May work better under a hood. Had one before that was more of a simple bulb shape that worked much better at filling the mouth without wanting to pop out.

Once inflated the leather cover falls way down and is super uncomfortable

4 to 5 pumps for pleasure, more for torment. Always test before actual play with your partner to know the max pumps.
The inflatable gag is a lovely addition to our collection of sex toys. Used this with my wife just last night, at about 4-5 pumps my wife could not close her mouth, anymore and it would cause jaw pain from the stretching.Overall the gag itself is high quality, the mask part like other reviewers have said is a little questionable.

Works but kind of flimsy. It would be easy to deflate if you bite down on it.

Well spent money for good quality
I agree with all of the above reviews (except for the metal rivets on teeth one). I actually use a headlight strap with any piece of cloth/shoelace that's long enough, and loop it through the rings on the panel to hold it up. It's not exactly ideal, but it helps counter the small issue with the panel falling down, if you're moving your head around enough with gravity pulling in the right direction.
