I can't chew mint gum anymore due to burning mouth syndrome but chewing seems too distract my brain and reduce the pain some searched far and wide for a fruit gum without nutria sweet. That was a year ago so maybe there are more options now but am happy with this one. Has extra benefit of xylitol which is supposed to promote good oral health. I chew 2-3 of the "chiklet"'type pieces at a time and it lasts a good length of time. This large container lasts me at least 2 months though I don't chew everyday, but sometimes multiple times a day.mFlavor is good but like most gums does fade with chewing time. Although I miss some of the minty flavors, I also like the fruity flavor of this gum. I am pretty sure it comes in other flavors which are probably equally good. I've bought the individual packs but now buy the large container exclusively which is less convenient when leaving the house but since health issues have kept me in the house for over a year except for appointments, hasn't been an issue. But if I improve and get out more, will start to buy smaller packs as well as this size container. So thankful I found it as burning mouth syndrome causes a lot of pain and the fruit flavor doesn't aggravate it and chewing action can be almost as effective as clonazepam mouthwash except for severe flare ups. I would chew this brand even if I didn't have to for medical reasons.

I bought this gum because I want to get the benefits of the Xylitol but even if I didn't want the Xylitol this is as good as any other spearmint gum I've bought. Good stuff.

I’ve been chewing this brand of gum for over 10 years. It has xylitol which does not increase your blood sugar and it does not affect your insulin levels. I buy the largest size pack for the best bargain price. This is good to keep breath, fresh after drinking coffee, eating food, or just during the workday.

Tastes great. The xylitol is excellent for oral health. Flavor does not last very long.

After eating and brushing teeth, chewing xylotal gum is good for teeth!

So these seem to clean my teeth well, which is nice after eating. And i guess these are free of cancer causing agents, unlike other gum.But i think it's important everyone knows that you need to want these for freshening up after meals, because that's really their only purpose.The flavor is great but only lasts 30 seconds, i timed it. The gum is completely flavorless after like 45 seconds.

Not a fan of mint, these taste really good.

I'm a big gum chewer especially during a round of golf, I pop a new one after 2 hours or 9 holes, flavor does not last too long but gum remains chewable,
