Good price for necessary supplement.

I have a severe case of neuropathy in my feet & have tried prescription medication for this which has horrible side effects and after much research found that alpha lipoic acid is a main ingredient in most brand name supplements that cost upwards of $40. I simply tried this brand of ALE to see if it would help the stabbing pain. After a week I felt relief at night although this doesn't always help. Diet & other supplements & exercise are also necessary. I recommend this product especially for Neuropathy issues

I've been taking these now for about three weeks. In the initial week of taking the Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules, I felt like my body was detoxing. Let's just say that the trips to the bathroom were more frequently and highly unpleasant. After the first week, I noticed that if I indulged in some adult beverages and/or greasy foods, my body would go through a cleansing-like process. I would also like to mention that I had stopped going to the gym for about 1 1/2 weeks. However, I still managed to lose 4-6 pounds. Not sure if this attributed to the capsules, or possibly losing muscle.
