Long and strong. Just what I needed

These worked fantastic. Not only are they easy to install but they will keep my shed doors in place when open. They look nice too

We use it to hold up commercial frig doors, work perfectly.

Easy to install and works perfect

I made a hinged barn door stopper. I made a X by crossing 1- 2x3 or 2x4 with my length for the distance from bottom of barn door to ground , needed 18” . I made a scissor then bolted the 2 studs together the long hing was a perfect length for when I scissored the X tight to bottom of barn door, I used the hooked and locked the stop in position making the barn door wind resistant .Another good feature is nor worries with this item rusting

I thought these would be great as they're pretty long, but that's about where all the good ends. The latches are angled incorrectly, so that it's more than a 90* angle from the vertical piece that latches in, and the horizontal piece that connects your gate or shed to the wall. And so, with the slightest push, the latch pops out of the loop it hooks into.I fixed one by hammering it with a mallet while I had it clamped in a vice, but then I had to repaint it. Frustrating.And last, when you screw the loops down tightly with the screws they provided, the heads pop off as you can see in my photo.

The locks themselves are good, but half the screw heads twisted off. Very annoying, but i do like the locks.
