Overall a good product
I was skeptical about buying online, but was proven wrong and managed to get a good deal. For people having delays in installation, you can directly contact the respective brands toll free number and arrange installation directly.

Wonderful AC
Will detail this review 6 months down the line, so far the AC works like a charm. Dual inverter, so saves electricity. Cooling is very nice. Trusted brand. The installation guys were very helpful and installation charges were very reasonable (499+600 stand) and some extra pipe connection if needed. Blow of the air is very good, won't feel like turning the fan on! Lookwise as well it is an elegant piece. Thanks Amazon and thanks LG!

Installation team is not good
This product is very nice but LG SERVICE is not good installation team is very rudly and not given a demo by installation team and any other person, its very bad. My ODU hang on only four fastner and remove one side top fastner on valve. I complain in feedback time but not reposnse.

CHARGED TOO MUCH for installation.
The experience was spoiled by the installation guys, who charged me 1200 just for the mounting stand for one of the outdoor unit stating that it required a bigger stand wherein the stand cost approx 500 to Rs 700 online (please look into this). I had purchased 2 units and the installation cost was more than 4k. Happy with the LG Air Conditioner, its works like a charm. I prefer to shop on Amazon, however with this episode I will have to look around and with Walmart entering....
