Made excellent gum syrup
Great for making gum syrup for cocktails. I ended up using half as much sugar just because I'm not a sugar fan but like the thickening properties of the gum arabic.

Water color binder
Worked great for making water color binder. I do wish the opening as at the very top though and not on the top side of the bag. It makes scooping out product rather annoying.
