I took some last week and then I knocked out like a baby. In my sleeep I had a few fairies come visit me and one of them was the sleep fairy. The tooth fairy did not leave any money, however the sleep fairy gave me a kiss on the forehead and put me under her spell. I went into a feeling of bliss and melted like the wicker witch (in a good way) from oz. When I woke up I was well rested. This is highly recommended.

After using severe different sleep aids, this one seems to help the most. Compared to other brands/ingredients this has the most of the things I was looking for. Mag, GABA, 5-HTP, valerian root, ashwagandha. Melatonin, chamomile and vir B6 was a bonus. This doesn't leave me groggy in the am, and seems to help me fall back to sleep faster, after waking up to roll over (I'm a light sleeper) or use the bathroom. I definitely subscribed this.

This isn't something that knocks me out or makes me fall asleep fast, but I get a way better quality sleep. When I wake up, I feel rested and ready to go. I also don't wake up as much at night either.

There are several different versions of this product. The amount of magnesium changes, and other ingredients like lemon balm are sometimes in it, and sometimes not. I have recommended this product to others who had a bad experience with stomach pain, and their label is different than mine even though they bought it from this same link/seller. I will no longer purchase this product since they do not offer full transparency on what you are buying and they refuse retired.

I used this for the whole month of april and loved it! I tried something else for a few weeks and my sleep suffered. So a couple of days ago I reordered sleep fairy and slept amazing last night!

I took 2 capsules as directed around an hour before bed. Definitely aided me in feeling more tired than usual. I did work out and do a 30 minute sauna session that night so I can't attribute it to the product completely.I read reviews of dreams and nightmares while taking this but figured I would give it a shot anyway. The dreams I had were so detailed and vivid...nothing scary I suppose but definitely not soothing. I dreamt the entire time I was asleep. It was exhausting.

Although this may work for many, I had a horrible experience my very first night. The reason for 2 stars is because they definitely made me sleep. BUT. They gave me horrible nightmares. After some research the combination of the melatonin and the valerian root I think was the culprit. Not only were they horrible dreams, but extremely vivid. Funny thing is I NEVER remember having dreams as I used to use nothing but THC to help me sleep which works beautifully for me with NO side effects. THC is also known to suppress your dreams. I just took a tolerance break recently from the THC. But after experiencing the effects of this Sleep Fairy I’m tempted to go back to small amounts of Thc combined with CBN the component in the plant responsible for the couch lock without getting you high. Plus THC kills cancer cells on their original form. Starves the cell to death. Bottom line is no melatonin for me going forward. So disappointing because they definitely made me sleep and I was able to quickly fall asleep when woken, but each time the dreams intensified and got worse. I’m glad this works for many, but not for me.
